Ingredients

cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 medium
tomato, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1 large
bell pepper, chopped
1 c
white vinegar
2/3 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, toss the vegetables together. Add the remaining ingredient. Stir well. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes. Stirring again before serving. The salad keeps well for a couple of days.
