We LOVE this. The taste is almost refreshing. Not one person has ever said they don't like it! Even though it makes a lot for a small household, it goes pretty fast because it's low in calories, high in fiber.

Ingredients

3 lb
packaged coleslaw mix
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1 c
white wine vinegar
1 tsp
celery seed
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 tsp
salt
3/4 c
splenda blend (the one that's half sugar)

Step-By-Step

1Put the coleslaw mix in a large bowl with lid. (I use an 8 quart bowl.)
2In small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard, salt & Splenda Blend and bring to a boil.
3Pour the hot liquid over the coleslaw mix.
4Put the lid on the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
