Ingredients

whole kernel corn
1 can(s)
black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c
red onions, diced
1/2 c
green pepper, diced
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 1/4 c
cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 c
tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp
real bacon bits
3/4 c
reduced fat fiesta blend cheese, shredded

DRESSING

1/4 c
fat free sour cream
1/3 c
low fat or fat free mayonaise
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
cumin, ground
1/2 tsp
mrs dash southwest chipotle seasoning
1/2 tsp
mrs dash fiesta lime seasoning
1/2 tsp
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1put the first 7 ingredients in a bowl

2mix all ingredients for dressing. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes

3pour dressing over vegetables. Stir to coat. Add bacon bits and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve
