Ingredients For shrimp & rice salad

  • 2 lb
    shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined, cooled
  • 1 c
    cooked white rice, cooled
  • 1/2 c
    green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • old bay seasoning
  • salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make shrimp & rice salad

  • 1
    Chop shrimp into bite size chunks and add to cooled rice, add onion and green olives,stir in the mayonnaise and add old bay and salt & pepper to taste.
