This is a quick and easy recipe. My 1 year old daughter gobbles this healthy dish right up ..so with that said this dish is kid tested and approved

Ingredients For salmon salad

1 1/2 lbsock eye salmon
-
1 cgrated beets
-
1 bagspinch/arugula mix
-
2 tblschopped sundried tomatos
-
1juice from 1 lemon
-
2 tspbasil
-
2 tspdill weed
-
pinchpepper
-
pinchseasalt
-
2 cquinoa, cooked
How To Make salmon salad

1place salmon in baking dish , put the dill basil seasalt and the pepper all over fish.

2Cover the salmon with the spinich arugula mix, then the sundried tomatoes , and then the grated beets. Squeeze lemon all over the dish .

3Cover with foil and then cook in 450 oven for about 15 minutes or till fork tender. Take out of oven and place on top cooked quinoa . Enjoy its delicious : ) and very healthy
