Ingredients

2 c
royal star papaya
1/2 c
fresh blueberries
4
fresh strawberries, sliced
2 slice
red onion, sliced in thin rings
1/4 c
salted (or unsalted) sunflower seeds
1/3 c
crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c
brianna's blush wine vinaigrette
4 c
flat - leaf baby spinach, washed

Step-By-Step

1Wash and dry all ingredients well.
2Combine all fruit and toss gently.
3Scoop fruit mixture onto spinach and top with feta cheese, sunflower seeds, and onion.
4You may add cooked, shredded chicken or grilled shrimp to this for extra protein.
