Ingredients

5 medium
reddish sliced
3 bunch
basil, fresh red and green
2 Tbsp
dried mint
1 tsp
black pepper
3 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp
garlic and herb seasoning
3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin

Step-By-Step

1Wash all the herbs (vegetables).
Slice all the reddish-head to 1/8 thick
2Chop all the fresh herbs and end of all the reddish to fine pcs
3Place all sliced reddish and chopped herbs into a bowl and then add lemon juice, oil, seasoning, black pepper, mint and mix them good.
4Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. When take out mix them again and serve it cold, and eat it cool and fresh.
