Ramen Cabbage Salad or Texas Panhandle Cabbage
RAMEN CABBAGE SALAD OR TEXAS PANHANDLE CABBAGE

|1||head of napa cabbage, chopped|
|1||medium green pepper|
|2 pkg||chicken flavor ramen noodles|
|3/4 c||sliced almonds|
|1/2 c||sesame seeds|
|DRESSING (MIX WELL):|
|1 1/4 c||vegetable oil|
|1/3 c||rice wine vinegar|
|1 tsp||salt and pepper|
Chop and mix together: cabbage, green pepper and onions
Crush noodles and saute with almonds and sesame seeds in 2 T margarine until lightly browned. Cool. Sprinkle with seasoning packets from noodles. Place in separate container from the greens and refrigerate.
Just before serving, toss all three mixtures together. I use about 1/2 of the dressing for this recipe).
