This is a favorite cabbage salad. Each time I make it, someone usually requests the recipe.
head of napa cabbage, chopped
medium green pepper
chicken flavor ramen noodles
DRESSING (MIX WELL):
1 1/4 c
rice wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1Chop and mix together: cabbage, green pepper and onions
2Crush noodles and saute with almonds and sesame seeds in 2 T margarine until lightly browned. Cool. Sprinkle with seasoning packets from noodles. Place in separate container from the greens and refrigerate.
3Just before serving, toss all three mixtures together. I use about 1/2 of the dressing for this recipe).
