Quick and Easy Asian Coleslaw

This Asian coleslaw is a nice alternative to coleslaw with a mayonnaise- based dressing. It goes great with grilled meats. You can add dried chives instead of scallions and chopped peanuts as a garnish. It tastes fresh and delicious.

coleslaw

scallions, sliced
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds, toasted
3 Tbsp
rice vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/4 c
cilantro, fresh
salt to taste

Put the coleslaw and scallions in a bowl.

Add the dressing ingredients to the bowl.

Add the chopped cilantro and stir until the salad is well mixed.
