Pimento Cheese Salad
Sounds a bit on the weird side but the end results will leave everyone asking for more. Be sure to let it set up properly (minimum of 4 hours, 24 is better if you can keep hungry spoons away!)
- 1 jar(s)
- pimento cheese
- 16 oz
- crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 c
- miniature marshmallows
- 9 oz
- whipped dairy topping
1Cream cheese, pineapple, and juice.
2Fold in dairy topping (e.g., Cool Whip) and marshmallows.
3Let set at least 4 hours or overnight.
4Hide the salad until you're ready to serve it or it will be gone!
