Patsy's Fruity Coleslaw

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 t. white vinegar
- 1/4 c pineapple juice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 10 c shredded cabbage( about 1 head)
- 1 1/2 c shredded carrot (about 2 carrots)
- 2 t. minced green onion
- 1/2 c chopped can pineapple
1Combine the mayonnaise, juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
