- 18 Tbsp
- shredded parmesan cheese (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped walnuts
1Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle enough cheese to make a fine layer on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle a light covering of walnuts. Allow to melt. When cheese bubbles lightly and edges are brown, remove from heat. Allow to sit for 45 seconds. Lightly loosen from pan with a flat spatula, then quickly flip over a glass with a 2" base. Lightly squinch to create a bowl shape. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
