Over Night Broccoli and Cheese Salad

This salad was made at a scrapbooking class and I loved the flavors and how easy it is to make up. Also so easy to change up the recipe sometimes see my tips under the directions. Its for sure one of those if you like it its hard to stop eating it =) Give it a try and see for yourself.

Ingredients

DRESSING

1 c
light mayo
1 c
sugar or splenda
1 Tbsp
vingar
1 medium
red onion chopped up
1 lg bunch
broccoli, fresh and chopped in small bite size pieces
1 c
swiss cheese cubes
1/2 lb
bacon cooked and chopped in small pieces

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix and refrigerate over night mayo, sugar,vinegar,and onion.

The next day Mix in cheese, broccoli,and bacon

Some Extra tips and Variations
* You can use two small broccoli bunches instead of one large
* You can also use honey instead of sugar
* Can use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream
* Can us Cheddar Cheese
* Can also add nuts,raisins and or sunflower seeds
