A co-worker brought this slaw to a pot luck at work. After one taste I had to have the recipe. My husband and I have been hooked ever since.

Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces. Open package and set flavor packet aside.
  • 2
To toast almond slivers; place slivers in a dry non-stick skillet. Over medium heat shake or stir slivers till a golden color starts to appear. Be careful they will burn very easily. Once desired toast color is achieved remove from heat and allow to cool.

  • 5
    Toss to mix before serving.
