Nada's Crab & Pea Salad
My friend, Nada, shared this recipe with me after we made it for a crowd. And it uses imitation crab meat! They loved it!! It quickly disappeared.
- 1 lb
- imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 10 oz
- package frozen green peas, thawed
- 8 slice
- bacon, cooked and crumbled or 4 tbsp. imitation bacon bits
- 1/2 c
- 1/4 tsp
- onion powder
1In a bowl, combine flaked crabmeat, crumbled bacon or imitation bacon bits, mayonnaise, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly coated. Cover and chill. Serve cold.
