1 small	tomatoe, diced
1/2 c	thin sweet onion slices
1/2 c	ranch dressing

Sometimes when I buy cucummbers for my creamy cucumber bites. I buy to much. So I needed another recipes to use up the left overs. I have a few recipes for a cucumber salad, but this is what I call "My second Round Recipes." Works great for me,because my family does love fresh salads.

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place in ice box before serving.

Special Tip: You may top each serving with toasted nuts if you wish.

Somehow I can see this being a wonderful side dish alongside a spicy main dish... the creaminess and crunch as an "antidote" to something very spicy....
