Ingredients

4 c
frozen corn, cooked and chilled
1/2 c
red pepper, diced
1/2 c
green pepper, diced
1/2 c
red onion, diced
1 c
mayonaise
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
chili cheese fritos, crushed

Step-By-Step

1Combine cooked and cooled corn, peppers, onions, mayonnaise and cheese.
2Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
3Stir in crushed chips prior to serving.
