Ingredients

2 heads of lettuce torn into small pieces
black and green olives
sun dried tomatoes
tricolored pepper strips
red onion diced and a few rings
cubes of feta cheese
pepperoncini peppers
diced cucumber
artichoke hearts halved
roasted red pepper strips

Step-By-Step

1Wash and dry the lettuce and tear into small pieces.
2With the exception of the onion rings add 2/3 of the remaining ingredients and toss in a bowl.
3Arrange the remaining ingredients in an attractive design using the onion rings on the top.
4Just before serving toss with a good quality commercial Greek Salad Dressing.
