Marinated Vegetable Salad
My cousin served this at a family gathering. Even the little kids liked it.

- 2 tall cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 green peppers, sliced thin
- 4 tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 2 large bottles of wishbone italian dressing
1Pour over vegetables and let stay in refrigerator 3 to 6 hours. Drain and serve.
