Ingredients

1 lb
carrots, peeled and grated
1 large
zucchini. grated
1/4 c
plain yogurt
1/4 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
maple syrup
1 tsp
fresh ginger, grated
1/2 c
sunflower seeds

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
2Add the sunflower seeds just before serving.
