This is a great dish to have on hand when you just want to nibble and not feel guilty!

Ingredients

head of cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
head of broccoli, broken down into bite size pieces
1/4 lb
fresh mushrooms, cut in half or quartered
1/4 lb
green onions, cleaned and cut into bitesize pieces
carton of cherry tomatoes, halved
1
sweet green bell pepper, broken down into bite size pieces
1 large
bottle low cal italian dressing

Step-By-Step

1Clean and cut veggies into chunks or bitesized pieces.
2Marinate overnight in 1/2 a large bottle of your favorite low cal Italian dressing.
