I always use Original Vegenaise when a recipe calls for Mayonaise.

Ingredients For lolly's caesar dressing

  • 4 Tbsp
    vegenaise or mayo if preferred
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3 clove
    garlic, pressed or equal amount of garlic paste
  • 1/3 c
    fresh lemon juice (2 1/2 lemons)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    anchovy paste
  • 1 1/2 c
    olive oil, light
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make lolly's caesar dressing

    Place 4 tbsp Vegenaise or Mayo, 2 tsp Dijon, 3 pressed garlic cloves, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 2 tsp. anchovy paste in the bowl of electric food processor.

    Process until smooth and well blended. While food processor is still on, very slowly pour in 1 1/2 cups of olive oil. Process until thick & creamy.

    Add parmesan cheese and pulse 6 or 7 times. Keep refrigerated in clean pint jar. So easy and Yummy....
