LeSuer Pea Salad

- lesuer peas, drained well
- 1/2 c
- chopped green onions, include some tops!
- 1 c
- velveeta cheese - cubed small
- hard boiled eggs, rough chopped
- 1/3 c
- kraft sandwich spread
- salt and pepper to taste
1Carefully combine all ingredients, careful not to bruise peas. Refrigerate overnight. Velvetta will soften while resting in fridge. Garnish top with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkled with paprika.
2DO NOT SUBSTITUE LeSuer peas. Other brands turn to mush! Kraft Sandwich Spread makes this dish special, but you can substitue with mayo.
