Ingredients

2 c
arugula/spinach mix
4 oz
salmon filet
1 dash(es)
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper
1/4 c
almonds, chopped
1
small orange, sectioned
1
lemon, juiced
2 dash(es)
salt and pepper
1 tsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare salmon on stovetop. I just seasoned mine with a little salt and pepper. Cook for about ten minutes, flipping halfway through.

On a plate, add lettuce, orange, and almonds.

In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Once salmon is cooked, chop and add to salad. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over top of salad and toss.
