Ingredients

6 oz pkg. lemon jello
2 c boiling water
1 c cold water
2 c cold milk
3 oz pkg. lemon instant pudding
8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c chopped pimentos, optional
1 c diced celery
2 c diced apple, unpeeled or peeled your choice

Pat's Notes:

This recipe is so good I decided to post it on it's own. It is posted with the Shrimp Salad.
You are going to love this !
This recipe works well with other puddings and jello too.

 

Directions

Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in the cold water. Chill for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour; just until it jells a little.

Prepare the pudding with the milk; chill 5 minutes. Beat the cream cheese until creamy and add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese along with the partially set jello. Beat for 2 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into mold or bowl and chill until set. Unmold onto serving plate or serve from bowl.
