Ingredients

1 large
cucumber sliced

green onions chopped
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
rice vinegar
2 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp
sesame seeds

Step-By-Step

1Place the cucumbers and green onions together in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Serve chilled
