This is not your typical coleslaw that grandma made years ago. It's sweet, creamy and has a nice hint of horseradish and apple to it. I didn't add any onions to it, but I think it would be delicious with minced onion and or green onions. Enjoy! It's a nice summer side dish.
1 bag broccoli slaw mix
macintosh apple chopped
1 1/2 tsp
apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c
kraft mayo with olive oil
salt & pepper
1In a large bowl, mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice into the mayo.
2Peel and core the apple, and chop. Add the apple and the broccoli slaw to the mayo mixture. Gently stir, to make sure the mayo is evenly distributed.
3Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
4Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
