Kidney Bean Salad
Mom used to serve this when we were kids (about 148 years ago), and we always enjoyed it!
- 1 can(s)
- kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- banana, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- hard boiled eggs, diced
- heaping tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp
- miracle whip
1Mix gently, chill, and serve on a bed of lettuce.
2You can also add diced celery, and spices of your choice.
