Ingredients

1/2 lb
white mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
4 oz
spinach chopped
juice from 1 lemon
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
wedge parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1using a sharp knife, slice the mushrooms thinly and arrange them in a layer on a serving platter. scatter the spinach chopped over top.
2squeeze the juice of lemon over top drizzle sme olive oil over top season with salt and pepper to taste. using a peeler shave the parmesan evenly over top. serve
