Iris's Broccoli Cole Slaw

We had some friends over one night to eat and everyone brought a dish. Iris brought this Broccoli Cole Slaw. I got the recipe and it has been one of my favorites. This is a great side dish with BBQ Chicken or Ribs. Enjoy1

Ingredients

1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1/2 c
canola oil
pinch
sugar
1 pkg
broccoli cole slaw mix (in grocery store produce section)
1/3 c
almonds
1/3 c
dry roasted sunflower seeds
1 pkg
maruchan ramen oriental noodle soup
1/4 c
sliced green onion

Step-By-Step

1Mix together the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, sugar and the package of seasoning mix that came in the noodles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Toast almonds. Break up noodles (do not toast noodles or sunflower seeds).

3Just before serving, add toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, noodles, sliced green onion and refrigerated dressing. Mix well.
