Ingredients For harvest tomatoes

2 lgripe tomatoes (6 - 8 slices)

1/4 tspbasil, dried

1/4 tsporegano, dried

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspbalsamic vinegar

2 tspraspberry enlightenment (penzey spice)

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make harvest tomatoes

1Divide tomatoes between two small plates.

2Crumble basil and oregano over the tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil. Let stand for a few minutes.

3Just before serving, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
