Ingredients For harvest tomatoes

  • 2 lg
    ripe tomatoes (6 - 8 slices)
  • 1/4 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    raspberry enlightenment (penzey spice)
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make harvest tomatoes

  • 1
    Divide tomatoes between two small plates.
  • 2
    Crumble basil and oregano over the tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil. Let stand for a few minutes.

    Just before serving, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
