Greek Cabbage Salad

This is not a coleslaw. I found this in a church cookbook and it gives you something to do with cabbage besides making a coleslaw. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

1 medium
head of cabbage, shredded
2 clove
cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tsp
dillweed
1/2 lb
feta cheese,crumbled
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1/4 --1/3 c
olive oil, extra virgin

Step-By-Step

1Toss cabbage, garlic, dillweed, and feta. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add enough oil just to coat ingredients [to make it look greasy but not soupy] Chill several hours.
