Grandma used to make this all the time!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
15 oz green beans, drained
1 can(s)
15 oz yellow (wax) beans, drained
1 can(s)
15 15 oz kidney beans (or read beans), drained
1 can(s)
15 oz grabanzo beans, drained
1/2 c
finely diced onion
3/4 c
sugar
1/3 c
oil
2/3 c
vingegar
1 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine beans, celery and onion. Set aside.

Mix together sugar, oil, vinegar and salt. Pour over bean mixture.

Refrigerate overnight. (Keeps for several days.)

This sounds perfect! The only thing you didn't include in your ingredients was the celery but I assume you meant one large stalk diced like the onion. I am going to try this as a side for dinner tomorrow night.

One of the few recipes for bean salad that does NOT include green pepper! Bravo!
