Egg Salad A Different Way

- eggs, boiled, peeled, and mashed with a fork
- 1/3 to 1/2 c
- ranch dressing, any variety
- 1/2 c
- finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper and/or celery (optional)
- 2-3 Tbsp
- bacon bits (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
1Combine the eggs, dressing, cheese, green pepper/celery, and bacon bits if desired. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
2Serve on sandwiches or toast, or in tomato cups, or piled inside green pepper rings on lettuce leaves.
