head savoy cabbage
FOR THE DRESSING:
unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Shred the carrots and cabbage and put into a medium size bowl.
Combine the other ingredients in a small sauce pan and warm until the Xylitol is dissolved.
Pour "some" of the dressing on the cabbage/carrot mixture and stir making sure it's all coated
If you have left over dressing you can freeze it.
