Down Home Corn Bread Salad
This is different from the others listed on the site. This is from our DAR meetings and the chef was my friend, June.
1Bake cornbread as per package directions. Cool and crumble.
2Add chopped green onions, tops and all; pimento, chopped celery and finely chopped hard boiled eggs.
3Add seasonings and mayonnaise.
4Chill before serving.
