Ingredients For crunchy kc cole slaw

1 lb. bag cole slaw mix, i prefer fresh cabbage if time permits

½ cup chopped green pepper

½ cup chopped red onion
-
½ cup vinegar
-
½ cup oil, i use ½ extra virgin and ½ canola

¼ cup sugar
How To Make crunchy kc cole slaw

1Mix above ingredients.

2In another bowl, mix: 2 pkg. Top Ramen Chicken Noodle soup, crumbled (3 oz. each) Ramen seasoning packets Small bag sliced almonds small bag sunflower seeds Just before serving, add crunchy mixture to slaw mix. Toss with oil mixture and serve at once.
