Ingredients

1 lb
carrots, sliced
1 large
onion, sliced thinly
1 c
tomato soup
1 c
sugar, scant
1 tsp
mustard
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 medium
green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 c
vegetable oil
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1 pinch
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook carrots in salted water until medium done,. Rinse in ice water.
2In a dish, arrange layers of carrots, green pepper and onion.
3Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, Stirring until fully blended. Pour mixture over layered vegetables. Refrigerate until flavor is absorbed. Will keep for weeks.
