This is a good recipe its really good in the summer with your garden vegetable.

Ingredients

1 c
chopped onion
1 c
chopped tomatos
1 c
chopped cucumbers
1 c
red and or green sweet pepper
1 c
chopped tart apple
4 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 c
olive oil, extra virgin
1/3 tsp
salt
1/3 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix chopped vegetables and apple together in a mixing bowl .Combine remaining ingredients, pour over vegetables and apples.Toss Refigerate to allow flavors to blend .
