• drain all of the above for 2 hours
• 1

  green pepper chopped
• 1 c

  diced celery
• 1 sm

  jar pimentos
• 1/2 c

  grated carrot
• 1/2 c

  diced onion
• mix together and cover with this dressing
• 1/2 c

  cooking oit
• 3/4 c

  white vinegar
• 1 Tbsp

  water
• 1 c

  sugar
• 1 tsp

  kosher salt
• 1 tsp

  ground pepper
