Brocolli Salad

My cousins love this recipe and they make it at different functions, so I made it and I want to share it with others.

4 bunch
broccoli florets
1 to 1 1/2 bunch
green onions chopped
1 to 1 1/2 c
golden raisins
1 oz
bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
1 to 1 1/2 c
roasted dry nuts
1/2 c
sunflower seeds


1 1/2 c
kraft mayo with olive oil
1/4 c
white sugar
4-6 Tbsp
white vinegar


1I cut the florets, bacon, and green onions the day before and mix them together and add the raisens and cover and put in fridge. This saves time the next day.
2About 2 hrs before serving I make the dressing.Mix all together and pour on salad and mix. I keep the sunflower and dry nuts in seperate bowls in case someone is alergic and each person adds it to their own.
