Broccoli Salad

I have made this salad many times and it disappears quickly. It is super easy to make and tasty too. Because it is so simple is the reason I think it goes over so well. Nobody's wondering what is in the salad as there is only 4 ingredients. If you are craving broccoli, love bacon and cheddar cheese this will hit the spot every time.
I got this recipe years ago from a lady that I worked with. Everytime she brought this salad in for a party it was the first to disappear.

heads of broccoli (large)
2 c
monterey jack & cheddar cheese, cubed
1 lb
bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
1 small
onion, diced


1 c
mayonnaise dressing
1/2 c
sugar or sugar substitute
2 Tbsp
rice vinegar, seasoned
2 Tbsp

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop up the broccoli into small pieces. Add your diced onion, cheese and crumbled baon.
Fix your dressing by adding the ingredients together into a bottle with a lid and shake till combined. Now add to salad and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but even better if make it the night before. Before serving toss the salad once again and then plate your salad.
