- bunch of broccoli
- 8 oz
- bottle italian salad dressing
- garnish with grated parmesan cheese
1Rinse broccoli; drain. Trim broccoli and cut into separate stalks, leaving stalks long. Arrange broccoli in a microwave-safe dish. Do not add any extra water. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave on high for about 7-8 minutes. Drain any liquid from dish. Drizzle broccoli with salad dressing; sprinkle with cheese. Cover with fresh plastic wrap; chill until seving time.
