Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

I had some veggies that needed to be used, so I thought, why not? Hubby even said(which he hardly ever does), "this is the best salad I've eaten in a long time! You can make this again!" Made my day! It's relatively healthy too!

Ingredients

1/2
head fresh cauliflower
2 -3
heads of broccoli, tops only
1 medium
red bell pepper
1 small
sweet onion
3-4 slice
bacon, cooked & crumbled or real bacon bits
1 c
helmann's mayo
1/2 c
kraft zesty italian dressing
1/2 c
mexican blend shredded cheese

Step-By-Step

1Break cauliflower & broccoli into small bite sized pieces and put into a large mixing bowl.
2Dice onion & red pepper small & add to veggies. Add bacon & toss. In a smaller bowl, combine mayo & dressing until smooth. Pour over veggies & stir well to make sure everything is coated.
3Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, add cheese & toss well! Enjoy!
