2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1/2 cshredded fresh basil (not packed)

1/2 cshredded fresh parsley (not packed)

1 lglemon, juiced

1/2 cwater
- FOR SALAD:

3 cchopped broccoli florets

1apple, diced and unpeeled

2carrots, julienned small

1/3 cpecans

2 Tbspsunflower seeds

2 Tbspdried cranberries
How To Make broccoli, apple salad with creamy herb dressing

1Dressing: In a high-powered blender or food processor, purée dressing ingredients until completely smooth (Add more water for a thinner consistency, if you prefer).

2Salad: Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour some dressing over top and toss to coat evenly. Let salad sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow flavors to develop before serving.

3Any leftover dressing can be stored in a sealed mason jar or container in fridge for up to 5 days.
