Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
A wonderful change of pace for a backyard barbecue or a side for sandwiches. The poppy seed dressing brings a zing to the party!

1Wash cauliflower and broccoli. Cut into bite sized pieces.
2Cut onion into bite sized pieces. We like onion a lot so I leave my pieces a bit larger. Red onion also adds some nice color to the dish.
3Put vegetables into a large bowl and add cheese. I usually add about 2 cups, more or less to your taste.
4Pour on the dressing. It should take nearly all of a 16 ounce bottle. Toss and serve immediately. If not serving immediately, wait till just before serving to add the cheese.
