Black bean, white corn, avocado guacamole

I had something similar to this in a restaurant so decided to try to make something like it at home. It is so refreshing and really makes a different guacamole. Of course you can add or subtract ingredients as you want to make it your own. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 c
black beans-rinsed and drained
1/2 c
white corn

avocado-diced
1 Tbsp
jalapeno-seeded and finely minced
1/4 c
green pepper-diced
1/4 c
chopped cilantro
1 clove
garlic-finely minced
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1
lime-juiced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Serve with chips. We like to use the Tostitos Scoops.
It would also make a nice side salad.
