Bell Pepper Salad
My Mother maid this when I was growing up. She would pick the peppers when they were small, (about the size of an egg) and stuff them with this salad. One of my favorites.
1Dice peppers, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
2Shred velvetta cheese. I do this a little at a time and fold into the salad to keep the pieces separated. If you use the slices, cut into small strips.
3Add the salad dressing. It can be stuffed into small peppers or tomatoes,(optional)
