Ingredients

1 large
green pepper, chopped
1 large
red pepper, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1 c
chopped tomato
1 c
distilled white vinegar
3/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
celery seeds
1 tsp
tumeric
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
mustard
1/2 tsp
dried tarragon

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a lrge saucepan . Boil over medium-high heat until mixture thickenes slightly, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
