This originally was a weight watchers recipe that I modified a little.
Make sure you have nice ripe avacados and nice ripe tomatoes to make this.

Ingredients

2 large
ripe avacados, sliced
2 large
ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 medium
red onion, sliced
1 to 2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
sugar, or more to taste
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Slice avacados, tomatoes, and onion and arrange on a plate, overlapping a little.

2Sprinkle the lemon juice over all, being sure to hit the avacados, then sprinkle the oil, and then sugar and salt and pepper
